Annual Return to Audit Commission
The Audit Commission requires local councils in England with an annual turnover of £6.5million or less to complete an annual return summarising their activities at the end of each financial year. The Transparency Code for Parish Councils requires that all items of Parish Council expenditure over £100 should be published on a publicly accessible website.
